Principal Consultant - Clarke Peterson
Mr. Peterson is an enthusiastic high-energy leadership development
practitioner and executive coach, with over a decade of successful
human resource executive experience as the human resources
director for the Utica National Insurance Group. During his last
two years at Utica, he became Utica's organizational development
director where he turned his full energy to improving managerial
and executive leadership effectiveness in a way that yields strategic
impact.

Clarke has expertise in management and executive assessment, development and
coaching. He also is skilled at delivering workshops that heighten the understanding of
psychological type and increase participant’s effectiveness in communications,
management and sales.
He has delivered presentations on practical and effective leadership development at
local and national conferences.
Clarke offers his expertise to small to large-sized clients where he will design, develop
and install effective leadership development programs and other strategy-based training
initiatives. He offers design consulting and provides training to internal consultants to
facilitate the creation of effective in-house programs.
Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the State University of New York –
College at Cortland, and has completed the University of Michigan’s Human Resource
Executive Program. Additionally, he is qualified to provide Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator® psychological type assessments and training programs.
