PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT - CLARKE PETERSON

Mr. Peterson is an enthusiastic, high-energy leadership development practitioner and executive coach, with a successful leadership development consulting practice.  He came into that practice with over a decade of successful human resource executive experience as the human resources director for the Utica National Insurance Group.  During his last two years at Utica, he became Utica's organizational development director where he turned his full energy to improving managerial and executive leadership effectiveness in a way that yields strategic impact.

Clarke's practice takes him to numerous companies, including Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller ones, and while his work is principally consulting and "technology transfer" with Human Resources and Organizational Development staff members, he also works with senior executive teams on strategic human capital issues.

Clarke has expertise in management and executive assessment, development and coaching.  He also is skilled at delivering workshops that heighten the understanding of psychological type and increase participant’s effectiveness in communications, management and sales.  He has delivered presentations on practical and effective leadership development at local and national conferences.

As a member of Lominger’s Global Associate Network, Clarke is available to guide organizations through human resource initiatives based on Lominger’s Leadership Architect ® best practice solutions.  He offers design consulting and provides training to internal consultants to facilitate the creation of effective in-house programs. Additionally, his services are available to work alongside company staff to insure an effective program.

Clarke’s expertise with Lominger International’s research-based and experience-tested solutions stems from using the tools since 1996, and includes delivering over 850 feedback sessions using Lominger’s VOICES 360 degree feedback assessment.  He offers that expertise to organizations seeking to improve the strategic impact of their human capital investment. 

Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York – College at Cortland, and has completed the University of Michigan’s Human Resource Executive Program.  Additionally, he is qualified to provide Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® psychological type assessments and training programs.
