We can help you make your human capital investment truly strategic.
Atlanta Leadership Consulting is an owner-operated consulting practice whose Principal Consultant, Clarke Peterson, is a member of the Korn Ferry Global Associate Network. That Network provides us with the ability to scale up for larger projects, as we have access to a team of 40 Associates located in the US and around the world.
We work with many clients, from smaller firms of less than 100 people to Fortune 500 energy companies, and a Fortune 50 retailer, as well as several well-known not-for-profits. While this work is principally consulting and “technology transfer” with Human Resources, Talent Management and Organizational Development staff members, we also work with senior executive teams on strategic human capital issues, and we do a great deal of executive coaching.
CLARKE PETERSON, PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Clarke is an enthusiastic, high-energy leadership development practitioner and executive coach with a successful talent management consulting practice. He considers himself a “recovering” human resources executive with over a dozen years as a senior team member. He leverages that experience to quickly build credibility with CEOs and other senior leaders in client organizations.
As a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Associate Network, Clarke guides organizations through human resource initiatives based on Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect® best practice talent management solutions. He offers design consulting and provides training to internal staff to facilitate the creation of effective in-house programs. Additionally, his services are available to work alongside company staff to insure an effective program. For example, very often client organizations using 360-degree feedback ask Clarke to deliver the feedback sessions for more senior people.
An accomplished public speaker, Clarke is available to present on a number of human resource, talent management, leadership development and management psychology topics. He has delivered presentations on practical and effective leadership development at local and national conferences.
His expertise with Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect® research-based and experience-tested human resource solutions goes back to 1996 and includes delivering over 1,200 feedback sessions for people on four continents using Korn Ferry’s VOICES 360-degree feedback tool. He offers that expertise to organizations seeking to improve the strategic impact of their human capital investment.
Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York – College at Cortland, and has completed the University of Michigan’s Human Resource Executive Program. Additionally, he is qualified to provide Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® psychological type assessments and training programs.
