We can help you make your human capital investment truly strategic.

Atlanta Leadership Consulting is a talent management consultancy made up of four experienced consultants, bringing decades of experience in the fields of talent management, leadership development and executive coaching.  Additionally, those consultants are connected with two networks of similarly-skilled people, which provides us with the ability to scale up for large projects whether here in Atlanta, elsewhere in the US, or almost anywhere around the world.

We work with many clients, from smaller firms of less than 100 people to Fortune 500 energy companies, and a Fortune 50 retailer, as well as several well-known not-for-profits.  While this work is often consulting and “technology transfer” with Human Resources, Talent Management and Organizational Development staff members, we also work with senior executive teams on strategic human capital issues, and we do a great deal of executive coaching.
